MICHAEL Caines at Abode has just launched a Taste of Spring Menu which must be one of the best value fine dining experiences in the city right now. It's two courses and a cocktail for £16.95 or three courses and a cocktail for £22.95 – not bad considering this is a two AA rosette restaurant recommended by the Good Food Guide as one of the best in Manchester.

It's one of the city's top eats – go and experience it while the Taste of Spring deal lasts

To celebrate the launch of the Taste of Spring Menu, Michael Caines at Abode is giving away dinner for two.

Dining here is always a treat. Executive chef Robert Cox works closely with Michelin-star chef Michael Caines to create the menus, which sing with seasonal flavours such as fresh herbs, asparagus, peas, and broadbeans.

Star mains in the Taste of Spring Menu include the Roasted cod with leeks, lovage, and new potatoes, and the Confit pork belly with heritage carrots, boulangere potaoes, and pork jus.

The restaurant itself is a sleek, sophisticated hideaway from the busy Piccadilly thoroughfare. Step inside here and you'll find your mind soothed by dark woods, low lighting, and a welcome ban on mobile phone chat or laptops.

It's one of the city's top eats – go and experience it while the Taste of Spring deal lasts. For full details of the offer visit our Michael Caines at Abode pages.
