The Age Your Own Gift Set lets you age a spirit or cocktail of your choice with an all-in-one kit containing a charred barrell oak stave from the only whiskey distillery in New York state.
In two weeks the stave creates a complexity of taste that normally takes years to develop. It's easy to set up at home but if you prefer to let Neighbourhood take care of it for you, you can let them age your spirit or cocktail and collect it once it's done.
There are five Age Your Own cocktail sets to choose from:

2. Darkened n Stormy
3. Hudson Manhattan

And three Aged From The Barrel sets:

They cost £25 each and can be bought from Neighbourhood, The Avenue North, Spinningfields.
Neighbourhood is Spinningfield's newest venue. It's 'casual fine-dining' – think lobster tacos, oysters with pink pickled onions, and NY strip steak.
