BOLTON FOOD Festival is launching with a glorious high on Friday 26 August with a Gala Dinner to remember.

Put on your finery and head to the celebrity chef marquee in Victoria Square where a sumptuous feast awaits.

Bolton Food Festival is known for the calibre of the celebrity chefs it attracts and this year, the gala dinner is going to be extra special as there are going to be some famous faces manning the stoves.

If you win the competition, you could be relaxing with a pre-dinner cocktail and some amuse bouche prepared by the Marriott Worsley team with chef Mike Harrison followed by a starter prepared by local hero Andrew Nutter of Nutter’s in Rochdale. The fish course will be the work of 2 Michelin star chef Michael Caines whilst Aiden Byrne of Manchester House will be in charge of the main course. Desserts will be made by the Masterchef 2015 winner, Simon Wood.

With chefs like these, you just know that the Gala Dinner is going to be very special indeed.

You could win a pair of tickets to the event and be a part of the evening.
