IF YOU’RE a parent currently debating how to peel your offspring from a game console this Easter break (you know, to give them some old fashioned fresh air), then we'd suggest turfing them over to Manchester's new and largest trampoline park.
We have five pairs of tickets to giveaway to the official launch party
Brand new to the city, Go Air Manchester - a 37,000 sq ft trampoline superpark - has sprung into action at Eastlands, Sports City.
Open for both kids and adults alike (good, we were getting jealous) the trampolining centre will feature over 200 interconnected trampolines, two trampoline dodgeball courts, slam dunk basketball arena, giant air bag jump zone, battle beams, a fidget ladder, slackline and reaction wall.
Go Air Manchester is supported by an 80-strong ‘Go Air Crew’ offering parkour and urban sports coaching. To help with government plans to encourage more people into active and less sedentary lifestyles, Go Air Manchester is also offering an array of fitness classes which burn over 1000 calories an hour. There’s also a whole host of parties, teambuilding sessions and special events for all ages and all walks of life.
It costs £10 per hour to bounce, and the park offers group and party bookings. For those not keen on flinging themselves about, the new trampoline park has an internet cafe.
During the official opening on Thursday 31 March, the superpark will showcase several high energy trampoline displays by members of the British Trampolining Squad as well as a parkour demo by Andrew Cronin, a highly experienced UK freerunning coach who showcased his skills at the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony.
We have five pairs of tickets to give away to the official launch party. Sign in and click the red button to enter. Winners will be selected on Wednesday evening.
