Our Christmas dinner is a three-course spectacular with quality ingredients given the Rosso touch, a mix of Southern Italian style and a sense of occasion.
From Baron Bigod fritto with clementine and redcurrant chutney to chicken terrine with chicken liver pâté, black truffle relish and toasted brioche, starters are as decadent as they are delicious.
Main courses range from fillet steak with celeriac purée to a redefined vegan ‘beef’ wellington and, of course, turkey. Turkey Rosso-style. An escalope and a smoked ballotine of turkey leg stuffed with turkey sausage and a pancetta-wrapped chipolata, all served with a spiced turkey gravy.
Round everything off with a cappuccino cheesecake encased in chocolate.
