Music – live on our main stage at night, getting you dancing at the weekends, shaping your mood in the day. Indie, rock, bit of pop. This is Manchester, after all.
Food – American food truck menu. Fresh, no fuss, all flavour. Burgers, wings, sliders, butchering done in house (where we can), sauces made by us from scratch. And diner-style breakfasts at the weekend because you need it after last night.
Conversation – meet your friends, make new ones, realise you've met them before (here, last weekend). The vibe at George's is friendly, the bartenders are nice, the cocktails are strong which always helps. And the music's not so loud you have to lip-read. It's your night, not ours.
