This month's top topping goes by the name of, 'I Wish I Was in New Orleans'.
And it's a fresh twist on a classic Italian-American sandwich.
We start with freshly-made pizza dough, add a thick layer of Pedro's pizza sauce, then pile on the ingredients: mozzarella, sliced mortadella, sliced ham, salami, and Boscoli olive salad.
