Award-winning distiller, Manchester Gin, and music legend, Peter Hook collaborated to create an incredible batch of gin inspired by the city’s rich culture and impact on dance music around the world. FAC51 The Haçienda combines soft botanical flavours with lemon and lime peel, a nod to the acid house movement in Manchester. This smooth, yet zesty gin is combined with locally foraged dandelion and burdock root to give it Manchester Gin’s signature flavour notes.
Recently celebrating its 1st birthday, FAC51 The Haçienda has four limited-edition labels, each one incorporating some of the classic colours and designs reminiscent of The Haçienda. This iconic Mancunian tipple is wrapped up in Manchester Gin’s recognisable hexagon embossed bottle, ready to be enjoyed.
