As well as a small plate and main from the Best of Busaba selection, you’ll get a snack of prawn crackers with sweet chilli sauce or wasabi peas to start, along with unlimited jasmine rice or sweet potato fries to accompany your meal.
The Mother’s Day menu also includes a complementary glass of Prosecco, or red, white or rosé wine to whet your whistle for the meal ahead. Feeling fruity? Maybe you’d prefer a special Guava Bellini or, for the moms to be, Guava Collins cocktail – guava juice finished with Prosecco or soda.
Drawing on big chilli, ginger, kaffir lime and sweet basil flavours, you can rely on Busaba Eathai to deliver dishes that pack a punch, giving Thai street food classics and plates of authentic Bangkokian comfort food a fresh twist.
From the Best of Busaba choices, starters include tempura prawns with mango, and ginger and green peppercorn calamari. Sticky tamarind wings are flavoured with pineapple, ginger and chilli, while the Pandan chicken has a dark soy and sesame sauce.
For your main course, there are stir-fries to choose from, including king prawn, chicken and tofu options, or slow-cooked Songkhla beef red curry. Noodle fan? The sen chan pad Thai teams rice noodles with king prawns and crabmeat, while the pad kwetio combines flat noodles with smoked chicken, king prawns and shiitake mushrooms. Hot off the Bangkok char-grill, meanwhile, there’s tamarind grilled duck breast served with Chinese broccoli and sticky rice.
