Rene RedzepiRene RedzepiNordic cuisine features heavily with boat trips calling at selected restaurants and a celebration of the blue mussel. MAD Mondays (MAD meaning food in Danish) gives visitors the chance to take part in an informal monthly gathering and debate Danish food culture while exploring the gastronomy of the future.

These free events are presented by René Redzepi  of world-renowned restaurant Noma with beer from renowned brewer Mikkeller and homemade soup.

The FROST music festival offers a line-up of top Danish and international names at a series of concerts in unusual locations such as underground car parks, the middle of a Darwin exhibition and the world famous Louisiana Art Gallery.
