Two hours of campfire capers, hosted by acclaimed chef Rob Owen Brown
CASTLEFIELD Food Festival is back from 11-14 May with all the ingredients of a cracking foodie fest: from kitchen demos to live bands and plenty of sizzling street food.
Arguably one of this year’s most anticipated happenings, though, is the Castlefield ‘Tea-Sup’ Cook Out: two hours of Famous Five-inspired capers around the campfire in celebration of Visit England’s Year of Literary Heroes 2017.
Hosted by acclaimed Festival Head Chef Rob Owen Brown, the evening includes a fun foraging session, campfire feast and, of course, toasted marshmallows…
Winners can choose from either evening, Meat Thursday (11 May) or Fish Friday (12 May). Both take place from 6-8pm and also include arrival drink, expert tips and a memento of the night.
We have two ‘Tea-Sup’ tickets up for grabs so - if you fancy an unconventional cooking experience in the UK’s first Urban Heritage Park - we suggest you get applying.
Good luck!
