I Knead Pizza on Gorton Road does a fantastic version of the floppy, thin, tear-it-up dough that defines Neapolitan pizza, and it's got the toppings to match. Tomatoes picked from Mount Vesuvius, cheese and meats imported from Italy – this is the real thing. They do a fantastic vegan pizza menu too.
