Worth £50, there are lots of stunning creations to choose from, you’ll experience a menu filled with ingredients chosen for beauty, purpose, taste and satisfaction this Sunday 31 March – think the fresh flavours of fruit-packed Watermelon Fizz and Botanical Berry for starters.
Small plates to start include the vegan options of Moroccan spiced hummus, which comes with handmade buckwheat flatbread, and baked pear and walnut salad with pomegranate, ginger and lemon dressing, or lip-smacking seared scallops served with avocado oil and beetroot gel. Large plate picks are: pan-seared salmon fillet with sesame-seeded avocado plus a lemon- and maple-dressed salad; roast chicken with apple, honeyed walnuts, rocket and cress, drizzled with a homemade lemon dressing, and herbed quinoa and chickpea salad, which comes with a side of hot pink slaw and another 3Squared house dressing, this time a mix of lemon and tahini.
Round off your meal with something sweet – desserts banish the bad stuff but still manage to tick the decadent box. Apple crumble served with coconut whip? Don’t mind if we do. Chocolate torte made with almond butter? Sounds yum. Cheesecake flavoured with lemon and basil? There’s too much choice.
