The famous stone-baked Neapolitan-style I Knead Pizza has been popular at pop-ups since summer 2015, and this is a fantastic opportunity to try it out in the new fully licensed restaurant in south Manchester.
With vegan and veggie options using locally grown ingredients stretching well into double figures, there’s also plenty to choose from for meat-lovers… Tuscan sausage, Napoli salami, pepperoni picante and fiery N’duja are just some of the Italian charcuterie imported especially to complement the 00 48-hour proved dough.
All washed down with ales and ciders from nearby Thirst Class Ale and Alphabet Brewery micro-breweries, and Stockport Gin, Salford Rum or Steep Soda soft drinks.
