Two free mains a month for the winner
EVERYONE loves The Pasta Factory but there'll only be one winner (okay, one winner and their ultra-jammy friend).
The prize is two free mains a month for an entire year at the ever-popular Shude Hill restaurant.
The pasta here is a work of art. It's all home-made from scratch in their open-plan kitchen, then crafted into some of the most exciting Italian food in the city.
The selection changes regularly – so there'll always be something new to try. Current favourites on the menu include the vegan Spaghetti verdi con crema di zucchine with delicate courgettes, cashews and basil, and the piquant Bucatini all'Amatriciana with guanciale, pork cheek and dry white wine and tomato sauce.
