Calcutta Green
Named for its fresh and exciting green hue, this concoction of mint, cucumber, apple, elderflower and, last but not least, Hendricks Gin, has the summery feel of a garden party – elegant and subtle but with an undercurrent of mischief.
Icy Spicy Chatpata
Already a favourite, this is a tropical cocktail with plenty of heat. Containing coriander, pineapple, grapefruit and agave, it has a real kick but the spice levels are adjustable to suit more timid palates.
All Spice In A Jar
Does exactly what it says on the tin...This cocktail takes every spice in the ITR kitchen and blends it with pineapple, Bacardi Superior rum and Sailor Jerry spiced rum. It might sound frightening but it actually turns out to be a smooth, vanilla-scented cocktail that goes down a treat.
Don't fancy a cocktail? ITR also serve award-winning Indian whisky and are the first restaurant in the North West to serve wines from Indian vineyards.
Amrut Whisky
Derived from a Sanskrit word meaning 'nectar of the gods' this is a translation that's particularly apt. Amrut is an Indian single malt whisky that is up there with the work of the world's best distilleries. Whisky connoisseurs are raving about the brand; Jim Murray ranked one of its products, the Amrut Fusion, as the third best whisky in the entire world.
Grover Zampa Art Collection Viognier
Grover wines are a product of passion and belief. The first Grover vineyard was set up in India in 1992 and throughout its development, it has been advised by some of France's most eminent wine specialists. The Art Collection Viognier is a rich straw colour with rich and aromatic tastes of peach, apricot and tropical fruits.
Grover Zampa Art Collection Cabernet Shira
An elegant dark wine, the Art Collection Cabernet Shiraz is fruity and rich with notes of blackberry and blackcurrant, a slight peppery undertone and a strong finish.
