URBAN Splash has completed 18,000 sq ft of lettings in industrial space within its North West portfolio.
Dancewear retailer Move Online Retail has taken a 9,124 sq ft unit at Thorncross Close, close to Urban Splash's head office in Castlefield, Manchester. The unit has ancillary office space and parking.
Taylor Electronics Manchester took 3,480 sq ft space on Bentinck Street in the same estate.
In Liverpool, Advanced Business Co signed for 2,967 sq ft at the Match Factory, part of the Matchworks scheme on Speke Road.
Joseph Wilshaw, of letting agent Altus Edwin Hill, said: "This is a high volume of lettings and I am delighted that we have had so much activity within the Urban Splash portfolio in the North West. The units are each in great locations and a have a wealth of features that suit the needs of light industrial occupiers who currently have requirements in the market."
