Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza is a relaxed neighbourhood pizzeria following the traditions and artistry of pizza making from Naples – the birthplace of pizza.
Since opening its first pizzeria in Ancoats in 2015, Rudy's has spent years perfecting its techniques to create a perfect, light, classic Neapolitan pizza. The texture should be light and floppy and how you eat it is up to you - tuck in with a knife and fork or use your hands to tear and fold.
