Located on Bridge Street, Honest Burgers keeps it simple — offering nine burgers, with meat from its own butchery, rosemary salted homemade chips included (they’re not an extra, they’re essential) and a selection of sides. There are also collabs with local operators Runaway Brewery to create Bridge St Pale — Honest pale ale — and Bury Black Pudding Company for the Manchester special.
As well as the Manchester burger, Honest launches a new special each month, available in all its restaurants, collaborating with the best independent operators around. December will see the launch of the Christmas burger — Honest beef, smoked bacon, deep-fried camembert, cranberry sauce and rocket.
We’re giving away a Burger Party for six, includes any six burgers, plenty of rosemary chips, sides and sauces plus unlimited beer, Honest G&Ts and soft drinks for up to six people.
