Streetscapes is a touring photographic exhibition created and supported by The Photographic Angle. Images in this exhibit have been taken within cities and towns and are contemporary records of urban life. The photographs are said to 'capture the challenges we face on a daily basis, as well as the lifestyle choices and aesthetic stimulation arising from high population density and cultural diversity'.
SPAMALOT | Opera House | Until Sun 24
The Opera House theatre is currently hosting Spamalot, a familiar and rather silly tale of a quest; the well-known Arthurian legend. This first aired as a film, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, before having songs and a few steps of dance added to turn it into a successful musical. Joe Pasquale plays King Arthur, Todd Carty as loyal servent Patsy and there's a brief appearance by Professor Brian Cox as God.

This startling work by Columbian artist Rafael Gómezbarros from London's Saatchi Gallery includes hundreds of 50cm ant sculptures constructed of two human skull casts. The intention of the artist is to represent the mass of millions of displaced and faceless immigrants across the world.
