The bar has reimagined five of the world’s most famous cocktails in an entirely new light
The Spirit of Manchester Distillery unveiled a brand new range of cocktails at the weekend, known as ‘The Clear Collection’.
Described as ‘a bold and boundary-pushing’ series of drinks, this collection reimagines five of the world’s most popular cocktails in an entirely new light - crystal clear.
The drinks are made using cutting-edge rotary evaporation technology alongside the distillery’s on-site production facilities where the bar team and master distillers have worked closely together to turn the Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, Cosmopolitan, Margarita and Pornstar Martini into clarified creations.
The tipples, which have retained their original character and flavour profiles, have a totally transparent appearance, making for a unique drinking experience.
After a painstaking development process, which includes perfecting the flavour, aroma and mouthfeel, the drinks are distilled in extremely limited batches once per month, meaning only a set number of cocktails are available.
Master Distiller and Co-Founder Seb Heeley says: “This menu represents everything we stand for as a bar and distillery, “It’s innovative, technical, and deeply collaborative. The drinks might look clear, but the effort and passion behind them couldn’t be more vivid.”
Each cocktail is priced at £15 and will be available exclusively at the distillery bar while stocks last.
