THE Offices team have been spreading the love around Barton Arcade and showing how much they think of their tenants. Last month they were the ‘Heart Hit Squad’ as they surprised companies in the beautiful nineteenth century building with Valentine’s Day cupcakes as a sweet treat to brighten their day.
The building has a lot of character and the businesses located here are friendly and give a real sense of community
It’s the extra touches like this that make The Offices feel like a close-knit community and a place where you not only get great office space but great service too.
As James Wolstenholme, creative director of Droog Media housed on the second floor of The Offices, explains:
“As a growing business we have needed additional space - The Offices have been flexible and have enabled us to move quickly to accommodate the size of the business. The building has a lot of character and the businesses located here are friendly and give a real sense of community.”
The wet Manchester weather might mean their stunning roof terrace is out of bounds (for now) but that doesn’t dampen the spirits of the staff. The Offices enjoy a social culture that allows businesses within the building to get together once a month to network and catch up without having to head off to a different location.
Michelle Eagleton, head of PR at Rococo Group on the first floor of Barton Arcade, enthuses about the working atmosphere The Offices create:
“There’s a real sense of community and the team are extremely helpful and friendly to approach. They are on hand if we need to book out extra meeting rooms or events for clients, plus they are super efficient and very flexible which makes our lives a lot easier.”
The Offices will soon open their new flagship location, The Offices King Street. With a whole host of monthly socials planned for tenants of the building, they hope to establish the same thriving sense of community there.
