Gorgeous, gluttonous and ever so slightly off the wall
At Solita, they don’t do things by halves. They don’t sell beef; they sell Wagyu beef. They don’t do burgers, they do legendary stacked burgers, delicious fillings oozing out everywhere. And they certainly don’t wheel out the same old, same old when it comes to Christmas dining. If you want a nice meal this Christmas, go elsewhere.
For all the twists, tweaks and wild imagination on their festive menu, the underlying foundation is pure quality and that’s why it works.
If you want something extraordinary, something that is an absolute blast but also the best in it class, choose Solita. For all the twists, tweaks and wild imagination on their festive menu, the underlying foundation is pure quality and that’s why it works. At Christmas, it’s Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, wagyu all the way. After all, Solita is known for its wagyu and it certainly isn’t going to let the standards drop at Christmas. Which means the Christmas specials are very special.
What to order – Christmas Specials
First up, a limited edition Kentucky Fried Turkey burger that’s packed with roasted turkey, cheese, bacon jam, cranberry sauce and a candied pig in blanket served with fries and the option to take it a step further by adding a wagyu beef pattie to the feast in a bun.
Starters have the same sense of Solita magic – pulled wagyu stuffing balls served with cranberry BBQ sauce or turkey, stuffing and cranberry spring rolls with dunking gravy.
And pud is good: Hot Snowflakes – otherwise known as deep fried Oreo cookies with vanilla ice cream.
There are also some wacky vegan Christmas specials on the menu too.
The Solita Christmas Menu
Enjoy all of the above and more as part of Solita’s Christmas Menu. There’s also a fully loaded wagyu steak frites with twisted fries, onion rings, grilled tomatoes, rocket and peppercorn sauce plus an extra dessert option – Lotus Biscoff cheesecake. Yummy.
The Christmas Menu is £22.95 for two courses, £25.95 for three courses and your first cocktail is only £5.
Speaking of cocktails…
Christmas Cocktails
As if all that’s not enough, Solita have raised the bar again with their Christmas Cocktail selection. Enjoy a traditional mulled wine to warm your cockles, go luxe with a chocolate orange espresso martini, treat your inner child with a gingerbread martini or savour the sour hit of a lemon meringue margarita.
