The café and bar’s latest exhibition is a rare opportunity to see the enigmatic artist outside of London

Vibrant pop art, served up with celebrity references and a liberal dose of randomness…welcome to the world of Mr Frivolous.

The enigmatic London artist is the focus of the The Boundary’s current exhibition, which will feature 20 eye-catching pieces (each available to buy as a limited edition of five) and presents a rare opportunity to catch his work outside the capital.

Using felt tip and marker pens, Friv’s art references old school exercise book graffiti; with portraiture, song lyrics and disarming emotional honesty combined to compelling effect. Little wonder he’s fast gaining acclaim, with recent commissions including the prestigious Moniker art fair.

The lively café and bar has become a neighbourhood fave since opening this year

The Boundary’s regularly changing exhibition programme is delivered in partnership with Kin Art: an online gallery that showcases some of the UK’s most exciting contemporary artists. Quirky and diverse, it reflects The Boundary ethos perfectly: the café and bar has become a neighbourhood fave since opening this year, with a lively events calendar and eclectic menu spanning mini cassoulets to daily crème brûlées and G&Ts galore.
