Mantax, the city's largest firm of traditional black cabs, wants to know what you think about taxi services in Manchester.
They're keen to make sure Manchester gets the taxis it deserves so they want to know if you've got a gripe, a suggestion or a good word to say about the city's cabs – black or private hire.
Over the last year, Mantax has introduced a raft of improvements to its service including card payment facilities in all its vehicles, four ways to book your taxi, driver uniforms & better standards of customer service and fully-tracked journeys for your safety.
They have also launched the popular Mantax app that lets you hail your nearest black cab, get fare estimates, track your taxi's progress to you, and send it your location by GPS (useful if you don't know your exact address).
Mantax is determined to deliver the best service possible – so tell them if you think there's something taxi firms should be doing but aren't.
