The sun was shining down on Zouk's terrace where Heroes, competition winners and special guests all gathered together to enjoy a cocktail to celebrate Zouk's launch of their new menu. With Shisha available and tequila sunrises all round, it was a perfect start to the evening.

Then it was up to the mezzanine for a palate-teasing selection of Zouk's new starters. Delicious dishes like the juicy prawn cakes with saffron mayo and mozzarella balls in spicy pakora batter were a big hit, providing an exciting glimpse of what's to come on Zouk's new menu which launches on August 1.
Each starter was paired with a matching wine by expert Andy who gave everyone lots of friendly advice on matching Sauvignon and spiced fish alongside plenty of other useful tips.
Between courses, Bollywood dancers wound their way glamorously between the tables, shimmying and demonstrating their bhangra moves.
Main courses and matched wines offered just as an intriguing a take on the new dishes. If Zouk's party was anything to go by, the chicken khabani, which blends fiery chilli and sweet, sweet apricot, is going to be a big hit when it makes its debut on the new menu in August.
