Funds raised from the Northern Quarter restaurant’s June campaign will go towards helping animals in need in Sicily

Last month (June 2026), Sicilian NQ launched a special campaign to raise money for Sotto la Panca, an animal sanctuary in Sicily.

Thanks to the generosity of the restaurant and their customers, the campaign proved extremely successful and, through Sicilian NQ, an impressive £11,291.13 was raised to help support animals in need.

Carmen, Co-owner of Sicilian NQ says: “We are incredibly happy with the result and very grateful to everyone who supported the campaign. It was wonderful to see how positively our customers responded and how a restaurant can become a real vehicle for supporting animal rescue.”
