FAMILY-RUN BUSINESSES, Salvis and Yang Sing will be blending their food, wine and philosophy for seventy-two hours in a pop up restaurant from the evening of Friday 30th November, until Sunday 2nd December.

The pop up will feature a theatre style open kitchen, dishing out the best of the Salvi's family fare; beautiful Italian ingredients fused with Cantonese creativity. 

‘Salvis goes East’ will be hosted in the main private dining suite in the grade II listed building at Yang Sing over the last weekend of November.

It is a celebration of the Italian and Chinese cultures with the similarities between Chinese and Italian cultures lending themselves well to a foodie fusion of the two. 

The pop up will feature a theatre style open kitchen, dishing out the best of the Salvi's family fare; beautiful Italian ingredients fused with Cantonese creativity. The event will also see live music, dancing, great Italian wines.
