Known for putting Jean Claude Van Damme in tight denim on top of mountains, the American beer brand will open Manchester's first ever ice bar.

Before entering the bar guests will be wrapped up in thermal capes and gloves, designed to withstand 30 minutes in -5°c temperatures. There'll also be 'interactive ice sculptures' including a life-sized snow angel.

Entry is FREE too.

To make the experience as cool as possible, DJs will be scheduled throughout and all guests will be given ‘intelligent wristbands’ enabling wearers to post social media updates without needing to remove their winter warmers.

Naturally, drinks served will range from Coors Light bottles to Coors Light cocktails.

Coors Light Ice Bar will be located on Spinningfields Square (near RBS).

Bookings are now open and general admission to the Ice Bar and alpine lodge is free. Guests are strongly advised to pre-book their place on the Coors Light Website

Please note Rudimental’s launch gig is not open to the public.
