IT'S not unusual to see some eye-opening outfits on a Friday night on Oxford Road. Even so, anyone wandering past the Dancehouse Theatre a few weeks ago will have looked twice at the people heading inside. It was our screening of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. And as expected, many fans came looking the part.
We had Magentas, Frank-N-Furters, Riff-Raffs, and Columbias. Even cocktail-maestro for the night Robert Owen Brown got into the spirit of things – see if you can find him in the pictures below.
The disembodied rubber gloves were cocktails, in case you're wondering. Guests were served three weird and wonderful concoctions in-between singing, time-warping, and much talking back to the screen. The £100 prize for the best-dressed went to Ben and Laura for their hand-made Magenta and Riff-Raff outfits. Thanks to everyone who came along and dressed up – you all looked fabulous.
We've more film nights coming up at The Dancehouse. See what's on by visiting our Confidential Film Club page.
