“Go for the Bees Knees. It's got the goodness of Manuka honey, pollen syrup and lemon juice, plus a shot of Whitley Neill Gin to keep things interesting. “We love the English Fizz because it's mild and refreshing rather than sweet. It's Hendrick's Gin mixed with homemade cucumber syrup and soda water. Lovely on a hot day. Or choose the Silver Fox – a bitter-sweet-sour combination of Mount Gay Black Barrel rum, grapefruit and Aperol. It's unusual but delicious.”

“The Almond Mocha – it's lower in alcohol than most of our drinks and it feels like a dessert with its mix of Co-Co powder, almond milk and Kahlua. One to be savoured.”
