BE At One doesn't have a cocktail list. It has a many-paged cocktail menu with over 160 drinks vying for your attention. But how do you choose the one for you when they all look so tempting?

Best cocktail to start a night out? The ultra sophisticated Killing Monica. It's light, easy to drink, and will ease you into your evening with style.

They've just launched a super swirly online cocktail selector to help you out. And if that's still too much decision-making, check our quick guide below. 5.05pm cocktail? 2.05am cocktail? Cocktail disguised as dessert? Here's what Be At One's experts recommend.

Best cocktail if you're on a health kick?

“Go for the Bees Knees. It's got the goodness of Manuka honey, pollen syrup and lemon juice, plus a shot of Whitley Neill Gin to keep things interesting. It's one of our new 'Virtuous' drinks which contain healthy ingredients like ginger and kale, as well as premium spirits. Part detox, part party. We've also got a menu of fresh, fruity mocktails for the really committed.”

Best cocktail if you don't have a sweet tooth?

“We love the English Fizz because it's mild and refreshing rather than sweet. It's Hendrick's Gin mixed with homemade cucumber syrup and soda water. Lovely on a hot day. Or choose the Silver Fox – a bitter-sweet-sour combination of Mount Gay Black Barrel rum, grapefruit and Aperol. It's unusual but delicious.”

Best cocktail to have instead of cake?

“The Almond Mocha – it's lower in alcohol than most of our drinks and it feels like a dessert with its mix of Co-Co powder, almond milk and Kahlua. One to be savoured.”

Best cocktail to start a night out?

“The ultra sophisticated Killing Monica. It's light, easy to drink, and will ease you into your evening with style. Served in a champagne flute, it features Absolut Elyx, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, rhubarb bitters, and rose champagne. It was created to celebrate the launch of Candace Bushnell's novel of the same name.”

Best cocktail to end the night?

“The Absolut Gangster. It's a twist on the Old Fashioned with premium Absolut Elyx instead of whisky, and mixed with French fortified wine Lillet, sugar syrup and vanilla bitters. Sip this one slowly into the small hours. You'll go home glowing.”
