Small plates, large plates, deli boards and sandwiches – our weekday lunch menu has got it all. You can’t go wrong with our beer-fed dexter beef burger with truly scrumptious spiced tomato chutney and don’t even try to say no to one of our homemade cakes.

There’s a real bounty of small plates on offer such as slow-cooked belly pork, chicken and chorizo stew and zingy flavoured sea bass. Each dish is a gourmet meal in miniature - distinct yet complementing flavours, skilfully cooked and presented. Hanger steaks from the chargrill are also available in the evenings and these are as packed full of flavour as the small plates are, coupled with hand cut chips and you’ve got yourself a first class meal.
Served from 5pm on weekdays (yes you can now treat your tastebuds on a Monday night too).
Every Saturday from 11am – 3pm come down to Volta to nurse your hangovers, catch up with mates and enjoy some rollicking good food. Fulfil your brunch cravings with our famous Borough fried cheese and get instagramming your avocado, chorizo and egg. If you’ve already had your Weetabix, settle down to some small plates, some large plates or a bit of both. Don’t worry Volta serves their evening menu from 5pm every Saturday too.
The Sunday Roast at Volta is already the stuff of legend and if it’s not, it bloody well should be. Everything comes with Yorkshire Puddings because who’d want to miss out on those? Choose from our platters, groaning with salt-aged belted Galloway beef, rare breed pork loin and crackling and roasted poussin with sausage meat stuffing as well as roasties and seasonal veg or just stick to your favourite and dig in.
