Cocktails are our thing. Inspired by 1950s New York bar culture and our own fabulous city, our cocktails are a mix of classics made with panache and Pen and Pencil signature creations.

From Old-Fashioneds to Creamy Vespers, you’ll find drinks that have stood the test of time – and if there’s a classic that you fancy that’s not on our rather exhaustive list, we’ll be happy to make it for you.

Our signatures are sorted by flavour profile so it’s easy to find a drink that matches your mood. And because you don’t just go straight to the section of the menu made with your preferred spirit, it’s easy to try new things – and enjoy them.

Don’t forget you can enjoy two cocktails for £12 during Happy Hour which is Monday – Friday, 5pm – 7pm as well as deals on Prosecco, house wine and Modelo.
