From our new signature brie croissant to another brunch newcomer, the P&P rarebit with manchego, smoked cheddar and Wensleydale cheese, mornings have never looked so good. Top tip - our rarebit is even better with a bit of chorizo added to the mix.
We also think you’ll love our goat’s cheese and spinach omelette and our scrambled eggs with a Spanish touch.
Lunch has suddenly got a lot more exciting too with our new New York hot dog, a fab vegan courgette and sweetcorn fritter burger and a halloumi and hummus wrap that is always the answer to your afternoon food cravings.
You’ll still find your favourites like buttermilk chicken burger on our dinner menu but things have gone a little bit posh. How does crab and fennel medley with a meaty crab claw sound? It’s fresh and vibrant - the dish of summer 2024 in our humble opinion.
There’s also a great new chilli on the menu. Choose from three-bean or slow-cooked beef. They’re both smoky, sure-fire hits.
We haven’t forgotten the drinks.
Our cocktail menu has had a serious seasonal innovation too. This spring and summer, you’re all going to be drinking our new signature Pen spritz with Manchester raspberry gin, lychee liqueur, strawberry, lemon and soda.
We predict the zesty Fizzy Wizzy Woo and Call Me Bubbles with its flavours of pear and cherry are also going to be big hits.
