After a £3m renovation, we are bringing our incomparable San Carlo take on contemporary Italian dining to Cheshire. The result is a verdant Italian garden restaurant, inspired by the villas of Milan and their opulent grounds.
Our newest San Carlo restaurant brings the inside and outside together with a terrace that has a retractable roof and a pergola strung with twinkling crystal lights.
Marble, high gloss timber, leather and velvet create an overall effect of subtle luxury.
The menu too, contains all the unmistakeable San Carlo favourites like tagiolini lobster, sashimi-grade tuna tartare and our stunning tomahawk steaks as well as new dishes like salt-baked cod served with potato and Taggiasche olives dressed with lemon oil.
