Our Subayai menu, or express lunch tasting menu, offers a snapshot of MUSU.

Attention to detail, premium ingredients and breath-taking Japanese food are brought together in four sublime courses for just £35.

The Subayai menu is available from 12pm – 2pm, Thursday to Saturday.
