The menus change every month to reflect Simon’s field-to-plate ethos and showcase the very best local and seasonal produce, including vegetables nurtured on Our Farm, Simon’s very own farm in Cumbria’s Cartmel Valley.
Using these fresh ingredients, starters, mains and desserts are carefully planned and prepared by the Home by Simon Rogan chefs. For April mains, think slow-cooked stuffed shoulder of Herdwick lamb, new season’s asparagus, artichoke and watercress; for May, how about poached breast of chicken, rillette of the leg, roasted gem lettuce and mushroom sauce…
There’s also a great range of extras, such as a British cheese selection and bespoke wine pairings, and – exclusively for Confidentials subscribers – each order includes a signature truffle pudding with black garlic; the perfect start to your Home by Simon Rogan meal.
