Tarsier Oriental Pink Gin is a blushing, fruity and floral gin with lychee, raspberry, and red dragon fruit distilled with galangal, calamansi (a variety of lime) and seven traditional botanicals. After distillation, raspberry and lychee are infused into the spirit, giving it a pink hue.
Tarsier Oriental Pink Gin is ideal with tonic, a handful of fresh raspberries and sprig of fresh mint to garnish.
Tarsier Spirit was founded in Manchester by Tim Driver and Sherwin Acebuche in 2018, following their travels around South East Asia. It now exports to 13 countries and is stocked in some of the world’s most prestigious venues such as Raffles Hotel and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
Ten per cent of sales profit is donated to the Philippine Tarsier Foundation, a conservation project committed to saving one of the world’s smallest primates, the endangered tarsier.
