Each of the delicious three-course menus has been carefully prepared by chefs from Simon’s award-winning restaurants, utilising fresh ingredients grown on his Cartmel farm and supplemented with carefully selected produce from his trusted suppliers.
All of which means that all you need do is follow the simple step by step instructions provided or scan a unique QR code to reveal easy to follow video instructions, as one of his chef’s shows you how to prepare your meal from start to finish, and even provides a few insider tips for standout plating inspiration.
