1) Vieux Carre

by Roc & Rye with Maker's Mark

30ml Maker’s Mark
30ml Courvoisier VSOP
30ml Roc & Rye Red Vermouth
7.5ml D.O.M Benedictine
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Peychaud Bitters

A sharing drink for two. All the ingredients are stirred and then strained over hand-carved ice and marinated with a Morello cherry. 

2) Soba in Saigon

by Cottonopolis with Sauvelle Vodka

40ml Sauvelle Vodka
25ml Soba and Cocoa Nib infused Sweet Vermouth
40ml Tales of the Orient Tea
10ml Gomme
Dash of Cherry and Vanilla Bitters

A wild and beautiful mix of flavours where East and West combine to create an adventurous cocktail served in a neon noodle box garnished with chocolate chopsticks and prize-winning fortune cookies.

3) How Tequila Zombie

25ml El Jimador Blanco Tequila
25ml El Jimador Reposado Tequila
25ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
12.ml Cherry Liqueur
12.5ml Overproof Rum
25ml Brown Sugar

Combining Hula's love of tequila with their most popular rum cocktail The Zombie. A crowd-pleasing drink of zingy citrus, fruit juice and high quality tequila.

4) Courage

50ml Before Gin Genever
20ml Mint Liqueur
20ml White Cacao
Alfalfa Foam
Garnished with grated white chocolate and Persian rose bud

The drinks selection from The Wash House was inspired by the Emerald City from the Wizard of Oz. They'll be showcasing three drinks demonstrating the range and diversity of Genever styles. (And they'll all be green...)

5) The Illicit Parisienne

30ml Courvoisier VSOP
12.5ml Cherry Heering
10ml Mezcal
25ml Homemade Cacao and Vanilla Cordial
20ml Egg White

Wet-shake and dry-shake, then served up in a coupette glass garnished with Maraschino cherry and grated tonka beans.

This drink was inspired after tasting the tonka bean chocolates that had been created by Courvoisier to pair with their cognac. Using tonka as the base, the drink is decadent, rich, and velvety on the palette. 

6) The Hidden Dragon

by Tattu with Chivas 12-yr

35ml Chivas 12-yr
10ml Crème De Bananas
5ml Cocchi Americano Vermouth
50ml Pineapple Juice
Dash of Shichimi 

All ingredients are shaken hard and strained into a rocks glass. Garnished with a cinnamon stick and banana leaf. 

A drink that shows the versatility of whisky. The pineapple and banana give it a light, Eastern touch while the lingering back notes of Shichimi tantalise the taste buds.
