But we’re not ones to rest on our laurels, and head chef Alessio Lanzoni has given our menu a rethink as the seasons change...

We still have lots of lobster to whet your appetite, but also plenty of tuna, salmon, cod, monkfish and the daily catch, plus more for the meat-lover and vegetarian, all served in exciting and innovative ways from noon every day.
