Or maybe you’d prefer one of the traditional Chop House British Roast Dinners – including 28-day aged roast rump of beef, carved at your table by the Chop House chef and served with Yorkshire pudding, or half a roast Shropshire chicken with sage and onion stuffing. Served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gravy, this is home cooking without you having to lift a finger yourself. That’s Sunday sorted.

The Sunday Menu, served from noon until 8.30pm, is great value, at just £19.95 for two courses or £24.95 for three, with a special children’s menu for the little’uns.
With starters the likes of smoked salmon or homemade soup, and afters ranging from Cheshire Farm Ice Cream to cheeseboard, there are plenty of mains on the Sunday Menu, too. Choose from vegetarian Lancashire pies, beer-battered fish with chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce, and home-made corned beef hash.
