FUSION Bar in Manchester235 is getting a brand new look, name and menu this spring – with inspiration coming from the glitz and glamour of the Las Vegas strip.
Work has started on the refurbishment and the new bar will reopen in June. A temporary bar has replaced Fusion while the works are underway. Everything else in the casino is open for business as normal.
The new name and look of the bar is currently under lock and key but will be announced within the next few weeks.
Dakota have created the new designs while bar consultants Escapade have been brought in to work with the team on some new drink concepts.
Justin Carter, venue director at Manchester235, said, “Manchester235 has been in the Great Northern Warehouse for close to seven years now and as a gaming destination, we have gone from strength to strength, providing the best offering in the city.
“We want our food and beverage to be on a par with that, and we’re confident that this investment in the bar refurbishment will take it to a completely different level.”
