Adrian Cobbledick, Head of the NCP Customer Contact Centre, commented: “NCP is taking a huge step in the way it is reaching out to support and engage with our customers.

"Our job is to make sure that customers feel we have really made every effort to help them in their enquiries.

"It is also vital for my team to be able to spot where there might be a repeat of a problem communicated by customers, and then work with the operational team to make our business better on the feedback they give.

"Customer contact is vital, and NCP is aware of the massive difference it can make to having happy customers who know we are doing our best to make our car parks work well and effectively for them.”
