The Spirit of Manchester Distillery is giving guests the opportunity to create and take home their very own rum blend
The Spirit of Manchester Distillery, located inside sister restaurant and bar Three Little Words, has announced the launch of an exciting new rum blending experience - the first of its kind in the city.
Known for producing award-winning spirits like Manchester Gin, One-Eyed Rebel Spiced Rum, Sphere English Vodka, and Forty-Five Vermouth, the city-centre distillery is adding to its roster of experiences by giving visitors the opportunity to create their very own rum blend to take home and enjoy.
The One-Eyed Rebel Rum Blending Experience provides an interactive journey into the world of rum, teaching participants about rum’s rich history and origins whilst sampling the distillery’s three award-winning One-Eyed Rebel variations; Original Spiced, Black Cherry, and Passion Fruit & Coconut. There’s also the opportunity to sample a special ‘Guide’s Blend’ crafted by their expert guide who will lead the session.
After an introduction to various flavour profiles and helping guests find their preferred taste, the real fun starts - the group will then dive into the blending process, selecting from a variety of rum macerates to craft a one-of-a-kind 700ml bottle of spiced rum to take home and enjoy.
The experience costs £70 per person and is set to launch on 25th January 2025, with sessions every Saturday from 12-2pm. For more details or to book your session, click here.
