WOODALL'S Charcuterie in Trafford Park are offering two readers free tickets for Monday night's big Harvey Nichols' bash.

Harvey Nichols Manchester at ‘Taste On Two’ looks like lots of fun.

The key to Woodall's is the distinctive styles and flavour profiles of British cured meats.

With an arrival drink and foodie feast as you travel around a culinary map of tasting stations, winners should be full and happy by the end of the event. There'll also be guest talks and live cooking demonstrations from the Second Floor Chefs with plenty of samples to get your teeth into.

The resident wine connoisseurs will take people on a tour of the Wineshop with the cream of our own label wines, accompanied by delights from our delicatessen.

Woodall'sWoodall's

Woodall’s have been at the forefront of British Charcuterie for almost two centuries. Overseen by eighth generation butcher and master curer, Colin Woodall, the range includes three air-dried hams, a Cumberland sausage salami and an extra-matured smoked pancetta, each using the family’s original recipes and each with its own story.

In recognition of the growing market for British Charcuterie, the Woodall’s range has recently been stocked in specialist food shops such as Harvey Nichols and Selfridges Food Halls, Ocado and the Whole Foods Market. It is also available in Booths and selected Waitrose stores. The key to Woodall's is the distinctive styles and flavour profiles of British cured meats.
