Chances are, if you like going out to eat you'll probably need something nice to wear. In the next few editions of our Manchester Lookbook, Body Confidential will use the backdrop of our favourite city-based restaurants to showcase the most striking dinner to drinks outfits.
They're calling it 'millennial pink'. After years of being reserved for new baby girls and Paris Hilton, pink has had a brand makeover and is now considered 2017's 'hottest colour'. While it's certainly time to rethink pink, just how wearable is it?
Local personal stylist Emma Carr shows us how the hue can be both statement and sophisticated in Oasis' trophy jacket. And what better place to show off in bold, bright pink than King Street's gloriously all-white restaurant Rosso? For dinner and drinks, Emma dresses up her tailored blazer with cool slogan tees, metallic and cheetah print and experiments with sports luxe.
