Head to Didsbury for a taste of Italy
Didsbury’s newest Italian restaurant is spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with a special romantic meal deal for two available on 14 February.
Recently opened in the very heart of Didsbury, Blend Pizza & Taste Lab is offering guests a three-course meal with starter, main and dessert, plus a bottle of wine – all for just £30.
To get things underway, there’s lip-smacking garlic bread oozing with butter – so it might be best if you know your Valentine quite well! There are two choices of garlic bread on offer – choose yours with either juicy prawns or smoked salmon and rocket.
For main course, the relaxed, family-owned restaurant is creating a beautiful pan-fried seabass dish served with mixed salad, for a true taste of Italy, the home of romance. Then there’s a dessert to die for: the chefs will be whipping up homemade Bignè Chantilly – an authentic Italian speciality of a choux pastry ball filled with fresh cream.
Washed down with a bottle of Pinot Grigio, this traditional Italian meal is perfetto for lovebirds!
