MANAGING agent Livingcity has organised a three-month membership of Manchester Confidential's Hero scheme for all the people living in its buildings.
The firm looks after the running of some of the most prestigious and well known developments in Manchester including Green Quarter, No.1 Deansgate and Macintosh Village as well as Media City UK in Salford.
The trial of the card will give their residents:
- 25% concession on food at Manchester's leading restaurants and bars
- 25% concession at health and beauty establishments
- 20% or more concession on entertainment
- Complimentary Heroes events
- VIP launches and openings
- Exclusive competitions
- £10 cash back on Strictly Confidential dining deals
And concessions apply to the whole party, not just the card holder.
Mark Gallimore, managing director of Livingcity, said: “As a professional property asset manager, we’re all about adding extra value. The Hero Card is a fantastic initiative and we’re delighted to have teamed up with Manchester Confidential to offer our residents this exclusive trial offer. The city boasts some amazing restaurants, lifestyle and entertainment venues and it’s great that residents can now enjoy so many places for less.”
Mark Garner, publisher of Manchester Confidential, said: “We're happy to be showing Livingcity residents what the Hero Card is all about. It's designed for people who want to make the most of Manchester – its restaurants, bars, spas and more. The businesses on the Hero Card want Livingcity residents in their establishments and they'll go the extra mile to get them there. We're telling them to go out, use their card – and enjoy themselves.”
Once the trial is over, membership costs £30 per quarter. Heroes make this back (and much more) by using their Hero Card and attending free events.
If you live in a building managed by Livingcity and you want to become a Hero then just visit your building's web portal for further information.
