Seven Bro7hers Brewery & Taproom has February planned out
DID you know that Salford Quay’s biggest premier craft ale brewery, just five minutes from the tram at MediaCityUK, has its own on-site brewery tap? With a unique flavour, Tap7 is a spacious and comfortable taproom that sits alongside the Seven Bro7hers Brewery floor, and has a whole host of unique events and evenings lined up for the rest of the year. This is how this month’s programme is looking…
Love Kimchi and Seven Bro7hers Brewery team up to deliver a taste extravaganza with eight courses each paired with a third of craft beer
The award-winning Dead Cat Comedy Club has made Tap7 its regular home, bringing some of the North’s best alternative comedians in from the cold. Hosted by Red Redmond, warm-up for February comes from Micky Bartlett and Lindsey Santoro, with the headline slot taken by Seymour Mace.
Celebrate Korean New Year as Love Kimchi and Seven Bro7hers Brewery team up to deliver a taste extravaganza with eight courses each paired with a third of craft beer. Pan-fried dumplings, king prawn pancakes and pork patties are all promised.
More delicious dishes are on the menu every second Sunday of the month, when Sunday Sessions take over with a kid-and-dog-friendly afternoon of tasty tunes and meaty and vegan streetfood, this month courtesy Northern Soul and Into The Wild.
Paintbrush and pint at the ready – PopUp Painting are back, this time round encouraging you to unleash your inner Gustav Klimt as you tackle his iconic artwork The Kiss, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Talking of which… think of Dub Lovers Club, presented by Bruv, as an alternative Valentine’s date, with the Dub Smugglers sound system, Kuntri Ranks and Chum Chon Hifi dishing up enough Roots, RubaDub and Dancehall to melt even the loneliest heart.
Third Thursday, and Open Mic Night is go – with a free pint for every performer! Hosted by John Hancock from the nearby Old Pint Pot, expect lots of acoustic music joy, including original pieces and covers.
Brewback Friday returns to Tap7 for beers, food and music – for February, it’s hand-crafted pasties by HM Pasties (who help those with criminal convictions gain work, qualifications and experience in the food industry) and songs from Elephant Juice.
